Search for overdue boater near Jet Express area

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible missing boater who went out from the Portage River near the Jet Express area and did not return. The person has reportedly been gone since the morning, cannot be reached by phone, and may have a history of hallucinations in a camper. Crews and the Coast Guard are being contacted to check the river and surrounding waters.
