Burnt popcorn triggers false alarm at child care

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers report a possible false fire alarm at a child care center on Ranch Drive in Ponca City. The alarm was apparently set off by a burnt bag of popcorn, and responding fire units were told to stand down.
