Stated that he was laying down in the road at first, possibly intoxicated, now he's walking down the road. And I got another call that stated a vehicle was following him, but they were driving on the wrong side of the road.

He's trying to bust out all the windows due to having some kind of altercation with the caller earlier today in Lisbon. The caller, Peter, was a little uncooperative with questioning. He said his name was Caleb Haynes. It was hard to hear him. He wouldn't spell it for me. He said he didn't know how to spell it. And when I asked him where he wanted to meet you or talk to you at, he said a phone call would be fine. Like I said, he was a little uncooperative. It's hard to get info from him.
