Dispute between motorists at Point of Rocks roundabout

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported traffic dispute near the US 15 northbound roundabout at Point of Rocks. A motorist with a blown tire reported that another driver allegedly cut him off. It does not appear that a collision occurred, and both parties reportedly remained at the scene.
