Welfare check on man in parking lot on Canal Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched for a welfare check on a man standing in a parking lot near Canal Road after a caller reported he did not look well and might have taken something. Another unit later reported they were about to clear and could hold the welfare check.
