As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Plymouth reported a man who fled on foot into nearby woods after a possible domestic assault at a home on Ring Road. He was reportedly partially handcuffed, may be under the influence of hallucinogens, and is wanted for suspected domestic assault, assault on an officer, and resisting arrest.
