Man questions child’s medical notes, then leaves area

One of the drivers called and stated that there was an (number withheld) year old male with red hair, wearing a black Ninja Turtle t-shirt and green shorts that approached him in the parking lot, talked to him about his child's medical notes, and then vanished.

He's concerned about the child's safety.

And said, "Things are off."
