Bat reported inside Angell College Center

As discussed during the dispatch call, campus maintenance requested guidance to safely remove a bat inside a college center on Rugar Street in Plattsburgh. In a separate call, EMS responded with mutual aid to a home on True Brook Road for a seventy-six-year-old woman who was conscious and breathing but reportedly had altered mental status and low blood sugar.
