Man unable to exit truck after meds and drinks at Wyoming St

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call about a male unable to exit his pickup near south Wyoming in Plainville. He had not eaten, took medication possibly including tramadol, and consumed two drinks. EMS was sent to check on him.
