Again, unknown clothing description, approximately 5 foot 2. pounds, made naturally red hair with blonde highlights and brown eyes.

Mom told the anonymous reporting party that she hasn't had food in her home in days, and they're concerned that means she's not feeding the child. Call. We have contact with your PDs.
