Attempted break-in reported at Pine Grove apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported suspicious banging and a possible attempted break-in at a front apartment near West Pine Grove Road in Pine Grove Mills, Pennsylvania. The person inside could not see anyone outside and only heard the noises.
