Man walking in road flagging down traffic

Kentucky Highway, suspicious person.

I had a woman calling in saying that there was a male in the intersection of the New Road in the middle of the road walking in the road trying to flag people down.

He's wearing a white long sleeve shirt and blue jeans.

Looks like he was walking towards Beech Creek.

She didn't see any vehicles, so she was unsure if he was broke down.

She just didn't want to see him get hurt.
