Elderly woman fallen and unable to get up at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency involving an elderly female who fell on the floor was reported near Jackson Avenue Northwest. The caller has also fallen and cannot get up. Fire units were dispatched and arrived on scene.
