Phone scam involving subject using black van

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near a gas station on Pecan Street for a possible phone scam. A caller was still on the line with a subject believed to be involved in the scam, reportedly associated with a black van. Units met with the public at nearby businesses to investigate.
