Male under influence leaving urgent care clinic

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to an urgent care facility near North Dixie Highway for a man with an apparent altered mental status who may be under the influence of a substance and preparing to leave. He is reportedly in a black Mazda sedan with a temporary license tag in the parking lot.
