Man with knife reported inside residence near Pearl

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a rural residence near 200th Avenue in Pearl after a caller said she heard a man in the background claiming to have a knife and that it was not safe for a woman to remain there. The woman was later reported waiting outside near the driveway with another person while the male subject was believed to still be inside the house.
