Westcom, this is Camden Clark, 4.03 ALSN bound to Camden Clark with a 10-minute EGA. I'm taking that channel A. 403 on A. Go ahead. We have on board of 44, 44-year-old males. He was outside doing some construction work, climbed up on a step ladder, he was on the second run, got dizzy, passed out, fell. Co-worker says that he thinks he might have had a seizure after the fall, did not strike his head on anything. The co-worker says that it looks like he kind of hit his shoulder first, but then he was unconscious for a few moments and then looked to be having a seizure. Upon our arrival, he was not post-dictal. The patient was alert and oriented. It does have slight confusion, does not remember passing out, does not remember having a seizure, has never had a seizure before. The patient does have chronic myeloid like leukemia and has had that since 2013. Currently takes chemo every 12 hours. The patient's vital signs are as follows. 134 over 82, 134 over 82. Pulse is 114, Respirations are 16. He's 97% on room air. I would give him a 4-5-6 still and he is alert and oriented. His blood glucose level is a 70 and he is 98.2 degrees Fahrenheit. We're about 10 minutes out. He does have an 18 gauge established in the left AC. He's finest attack on the monitor. Do you have any questions or instructions?
