Work truck blocking turn lanes at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a heavy white work truck stopped in the eastbound turn lanes near Richard Jackson Boulevard and Back Beach Road in Panama City Beach, possibly unattended, causing drivers to go around it and creating a traffic obstruction.
