Possible hazardous materials incident in Palmyra

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency unit 411 was sent to an address near North Lingle Avenue in Palmyra for a possible hazardous materials issue. Radio traffic later indicated there were no reported injuries, and another agency was already on scene.
