91-year-old male injured in unwitnessed fall

Rescue 67, currently at the facility with a 91-year-old male chief complaint is going to be injuries from a fall coming from a nursing home, unwitnessed.

Patient does have a small hematoma to the right-sided forehead, no blood thinners, no loss of consciousness.

ETA is approximately five to six.
