Intoxicated woman reported on Montana Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to the area of Deception Street near Division Street and Montana Avenue in Pablo for a law enforcement request involving a reportedly intoxicated woman who may be under the influence of alcohol or another substance.
