Man threatens victim with large metal object
Assaultwith a large black object just occurred. 5th and H. (name withheld) left on a black bicycle south down on Hobson. (name withheld), late 20s wearing a black baseball cap blue shirt with squares and black pants. The RP declined EMIS. The RP is now advising it was unknown if it was a knife. The subject was in possession of a large black piece of metal. Additional witnesses visiting a 242. And then it's deepened with a spank male mid-30s black or blue hat, blue and white plaid shirt and jeans. And he left eastbound on a bike near Grace Bible Church. The victim is standing by in the parking lot of Calvary Christian.
