Foster child reported missing from Owasso home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a missing foster child who apparently left a few hours earlier in a white 2000 Cadillac Deville from a location on North 128th East Avenue in Owasso. Officers may also contact a person at that address as part of the investigation.
