41-year-old female patient.

Chief complaint today is going to be syncope and fall.

Patient passed out and fell in the kitchen, hit the back of her head.

She's got about a three to 4 cm lack on the back of the head.

It bled pretty good, but the bleeding is now controlled.

Currently, we're awake, alert, GCS of 15 .

No other signs of injuries.

She has vitals of heart rate eighty-one, sinus rhythm, no elevation or depression on the twelve lead.
