Person slipped and fell 15 feet on trail, rope rescue needed

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near South Park Road off Deer Run for a reported cliff rescue after a person apparently slipped on a trail and fell about 15 feet. Rope equipment was requested to help bring the person out.
