Man unresponsive after fall with possible heart issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a home near Dubuque Drive for a report of a 59-year-old man who fell from a chair and was described as unresponsive, not conscious, and not breathing, with possible alcohol use and an existing heart condition.
