parents don't get in trouble whenever they feel like abandoning thier children with friends or family...many girls having babys with positive drug use ..get babys taking and woman back to their habit ..it should be mandatory sending them off to treatment centers were they can care for thier babys with nursing staff on site ...they need have them become responsible in raising children thier having ...but nop....cps takes them and that's that...no discipline it in America anymore...outcome is what your reading ... unresponsible parents
