Phone reported stolen at laundromat parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a reported theft of a cell phone and charger at a laundromat on East Bridge Street in Oswego. The same person who reported the theft later stated that the subject was lying in the laundromat parking lot.
