Unconscious person reported in garage near Newhouse Rd; units staged due to possible weapons access

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews were dispatched for an unconscious person reportedly passed out in a garage at a residence on/near Newhouse Rd (cross streets Calhoun Rd and Penn Rd). Radio traffic also indicated a juvenile was running through the house/field, and responders were instructed to stage after it was advised someone at the scene may have access to weapons.
