Man yelling outside home on Sheridan Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance near Sherin Street in Oshkosh after a text to 911 about a male yelling at a door and refusing to leave. Responding units did not initially see anyone outside and checked the reported unit in the building.
