Elderly man with heart issues struggles to breathe

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near Northeast 401 Road in the Osceola area for an 84-year-old man with possible heart problems and difficulty breathing. Responders were advised about a long driveway leading to the home.
