Tenant reports landlord assault at Orosi residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a caller on Ralph Road stating his landlord hit him in the chest while inside a residence. Due to a prior alert about hostility toward law enforcement, a two-unit response was requested. Responding units later reported the situation under control and detained a female at the scene.
