68-year-old man with breathing difficulty and unconsciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call in Onalaska for an approximately 68-year-old man with difficulty breathing and an altered level of consciousness. The patient, who reportedly has a history of cancer, was evaluated and transported by medical personnel from a location on Marco Road near Tyrone Road.
