Person pointing weapon at passing vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a person apparently walking near Jackson Street and Highway 155 and pointing a weapon toward passing vehicles. Officers later report the individual is in custody and being taken to a medical facility for a voluntary evaluation.
