Battalion 1, we're getting several calls in the area of somebody who smells strong natural gas. It's going to be in the area of near 35th Avenue. Another caller is reporting between 40th and 38th on Harney. National Weather Service advising temperatures 54 degrees, relative humidity is 97%. There is no wind. MUD has been notified. The site one is a signal wind and different locations. Engine 34 is on location. We've confirmed a large gas leak, 35th and Leavenworth construction crews in the area. We'll set up 35th Street Command. We'll be investigating. If you can expedite NPD, it sounds like a pretty substantial leak. Does (name withheld), we'll upgrade the response from odor to gas leak. We'll get you some more rigs down there. Command from truck 34. We're going to block off Leavenworth Street at 35th. Command's clear. We're going to take the western edge of this and block traffic coming this way. Command (name withheld), could you get OPED en route as well? We need Leavenworth blocked both directions from approximately 34th Street to 37th Street. I understand we're getting OPD that way and all units switch to TAC-4[1]. We're going to use TAC-4 for this incident. The T-1 is understood. I'm on vocationalist in command and TAC-4.
