Suspicious car with people running from vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a home near West Skelton Street in Okmulgee for a report of suspicious activity involving a black car. The reporting person said several people got out of the vehicle and ran in different directions and requested contact with an officer, noting that he was armed for his safety.
