Man found in van after suspected overdose

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a possible overdose involving a man near Oilville Road and Interstate 64. The individual was reported conscious but not fully responsive. Law enforcement and medical personnel were present at the scene near a local gas station.
