Rescue crews set up decontamination at Odessa ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue units appear to be managing a water-related incident near Route 1 northbound by the Hillcrest area in Odessa. Crews are relocating to the Odessa boat ramp to provide lighting and decontamination while boats and personnel are brought out of the water.
