Child with non-effective breathing transported to hospital

As discussed during the dispatch call, a child patient is being transported to a hospital near Vista Way after a grandmother agreed to bring the patient in. The patient is breathing at about 26 breaths per minute with a heart rate of 142 and is to be observed for further care.
