Passenger tries to exit moving pickup on Highway 1

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies received a report of a suspicious situation involving a white pickup truck traveling south on Highway One near 22nd Street. A passenger reportedly appeared to be trying to get out of the moving vehicle.
