Verbal dispute between couple outside residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible domestic verbal disturbance between a man and a woman outside a residence near Paso Robles Street and nearby cross streets in Oceano. The woman was reportedly heard yelling for the other person to stop touching her.
