Unconscious elderly female breathing in Ocean Gate

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a report of an unconscious woman, described as a 74-year-old, on a back deck near Wildwood Avenue in Ocean Gate. She was reported to be breathing when the call was made.
