Popped transformer and downed line behind hotel

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded near Clipper Roadway and Cottage Walk in Ocean Beach for reports of a popping sound and smoke in a house. On arrival they found a blown transformer behind a hotel with a power line down and requested the utility company.
