Wire down on vehicle and small landscape fire

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a report of a line that snapped and fell across a vehicle near North Logan Street and East Montgomery Street in Oakland. The caller, who had exited the vehicle, did not believe it was a power line. Crews also checked a reported small landscaping fire near a nearby business dumpster and found some smoldering in the landscaping.
