Tractor fire between barn and hay shed in Oak Ridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported tractor fire between a barn and a hay shed near County Road 411. The reporting party later said the flames were put out with a fire extinguisher, but there were possible remaining hot spots. A separate medical call involved an adult man in alcohol detox at a behavioral health facility with high heart rate, high blood pressure, and tremors.
