Suspicious bicyclist covers face near State Route 20

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man on a bicycle near State Route 20 and Northeast 16th Avenue. The man was described as wearing a blue hoodie and black pants and reportedly covered his face with his hood as the reporting party drove by.
