False alarm reported on Southeast Pioneer Way

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and units investigated a possible incident reported near Southeast Pioneer Way in Oak Harbor. After checking the area and confirming with people on scene, it was determined to be a false alarm, with the location possibly closer to the 800 block of Southeast Pioneer Way.
