Transformer fire on utility pole on Cannery Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported transformer fire on a utility pole near Cannery Road in Point Township, close to the intersections with Hoffman Lane and Gibbons Road. Units located a glow near a commercial facility by Cannery Road, found no active fire on arrival, and held the response to a single engine while the utility company was notified to repair the wires.
