Man in early 20s down; CPR underway near Thoreau Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and EMS responded to a report of a man in his early 20s found down near a fountain, with CPR in progress. The apparent medical emergency was later updated to be near a lagoon by public bathrooms, possibly along a westbound area between Clarendon and Dartmouth.
