Brush fire near Park Jefferson by I-29 Jefferson exit

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched near the Jefferson exit on I-29 for a reported car explosion, which was later clarified as a brush fire near Park Jefferson International Speedway along SD-105.
